CopyCat Eswatini is the official Canon Distributor for the Kingdom of Eswatini, since its inception in 2000, trading as Canon Swaziland. The new business, CopyCat has been restructured officialy in September 2020 to include the distributor and 5 independent resellers’ to efficiently support the 4 regions of the country: Hhohho, Manzini, Lubombo and Shiselweni. In 2022, the reseller component has grown to support smaller identifiable areas of the country to grow the Canon brand.

The distributor, CopyCat Eswatini is responsible for the following:

1. Importing, warehousing, distributing to the 5 resellers’ 
2. Warrantee center to all canon clientele during the guarantee period.
3. Provide technical training and certification to technicians of the independent resellers to ensure service satisfaction.
4. Provide all sales and marketing training to the resellers’ marketing team to provide product information and application to clients.
5. Warehousing of all hardware, consumables, materials and spare parts for all Canon products.

CopyCat distributes the complete Canon range of inkjet and laser printer hardware including multifunction namely print, copy, scan and fax. Complete range on business photocopiers. AO plan printers, plotters and scanners, photographic products including the complete range of digital cameras.
